Hi Paula. Glad you are doing a little better. It will take time to completely heal. Your pages are awesome, keep it up.You spoke of shooting pain up the leg, well dear I have those every day, it never goes away for me unfortunately. I have arthritis of the knees and very bad circulation that causes me to have immense shooting cramplike pains that also stop me from doing what I'm doing. I've learned to accept the pain and I do hope that you will be in A1 condition before long. You do great work dear. Take care.
