I am so honoured to be a part of Julie's hop again this year. As many of you know, not only am I a big fan, but I LOVE her stencil designs!
This hop features Pomegranate from The Crafter's Workshop:
One of the things I love about this stencil is how it can be used as either an accent, or for a complete background. My first page reflects it's use as an accent. I used the 6x6 version of the stencil and some spray ink:

ReplyDeleteI love this technique. I watch one of your videos where you were using this technique and I tried it. My result is not has beautiful as yours but I'll keep trying. Maybe I was waiting to long before wiping the paint. Thanks for sharing, Johanne L.

ReplyDeleteReally nice page! Thank you so much for the amazing tutorials! I'm a bit new to art journaling in mixed media and still gatering materials! I just found some webshops in my country that sell those stencils so just have to wait till my next paycheck and I'll be able to go wild too :)
