Art Journaling my Weight Loss

Welcome friends!!

Just a quick post to show my progress pics, this is from the month of June.  I did a lot of Turbo Jam and Jillian Michaels.  :)

I didn't "suck in" my stomach in either pic lol.
Art journaling this journey has helped me immensely.  Check out my Weight Loss Art Journal FLIP HERE!  :)

Much Love xo!

  3. From one Paula to another great job! Are you doing measurements too? I found when I was stuck scalewise, that sometimes I still lost inches and that was motivating enough to keep me going.

  13. I have just discovered art journaling. Your tutorials are way more helpful than the books and magazines I have! I also am struggling with weight. I think expressing my voice through journaling might just help in that area too. Thank you for the inspiration on both fronts!

  17. Awesome!!!! Go for it! I've lost a lot of weight myself (don't own a scale!) in the last 3 months from just getting out and running. Don't think I could take progress pictures of myself, though! Yes, very awesome, Paula!!

  18. I have also some idea that want to know about how to :
    Burn fat
    lose weight
    lose weight fast
    weight loss
    weight loss diet
The inspiration behind this book is years of struggling to lose weight and keep the fat off. My highest weight fluctuated between 307lbs. to 315lbs. I was very obese and unhealthy. I needed to lose the weight and change my eating habits.

  19. I’ve lost 5 kilos in my first week. I followed the diet with some protein as suggested. It is really like magic! It works. I’m not perfectly following the listed diet plan mostly), but the weight looses even on very little exercise. Give a try on this, this diet plan clearly works.
