35lbs Lost!!

Hi all!

Well, it's been three months since I've been on this wellness journey.  Here is the video!!

  6. Congratulations on losing weight. Sparkpeople.com is another great resource. I am losing weight myself. I am eating mostly egg whites, cottage cheese, veggies and some fruit. Grilled chicken too sometimes with broccoli. And, drinking green tea and water. Exercise almost daily as well. Well, keep at it. I always tell myself that to quit trying is to go backwards.

  11. Well, that’s a good job for you Paula! Eating the right food and exercise is the key in losing weight. That’s what I did before we booked boracay flights tickets. At least now, I’m more confident with the new “me”.
