National Scrapbook Day Celebrations

Good Morning!!

First off, here is what I got at Michael's.  I wasn't able to go to my LSS, so I was a bit bummed.

I was able to get a few things that really excite me.  See that packing tape on the bottom??  I bought about 8 rolls of different designs.  So LOVE!  As I've mentioned recently I have been watching a lot of Youtube videos on Mini Books, resulting in the purchase of a Martha Stewart scoring tool and a Crop-a-Dile.  I also bought the K&Co Que Sera Sera paper pack.  A bit older, I know but I just LOVE the designs of this collection.  I also bought a few Tim Holtz products, just LOVE him!

In honour of NSD I completed a few pages in my 31 Mini of Simon and I on the train leaving downtown Toronto:

It was definately fun to work in this again.  I had to put a transparency over the picture of us as my face looks so yellow!  I was running out of ink on my printer.  :(

The pages seperately:

I love the look of Prima and K&Co together.

Have a great Sunday!
Much LOVE

  1. Not being a scrapper I've had to goole a few things you mentioned so I'd know what they are! Interestingly I love the K&Co Que Sera Sera paper too. Great spreads, I can appreciate what you've done here even if I've never done scrappy pages :-)

  6. Fun pages.
I bought some of that packing tape last month and I really like it.
The Crop-a-dile is a great tool, especially when making minis.

  7. love your pages. i have been struggling with the idea of scrapbooking. i find the page to be too large. i believe that i would like to go with a smaller book. your pages are exactly what i would like to do.
i bought the same tape at Michaels. i look forward to seeing what you do with yours.

  10. These are Awesome! I love all the colors, designs and busyness of it. K&Company is one of my favorites too. Just love their stuff.

Your pages, inspire me to do a book of the many travels hubby and I have done. I saved a bunch of stuff from the trips but never did anything. Perhaps it is time....
